Insurance Claims & Reconstruction

Do you work with insurance claims?

Yes! We regularly work on insurance-related reconstruction and roofing projects. We help property owners understand repair estimates, document damages, and identify necessary repairs that may have been overlooked in the original insurance estimate.

What if my insurance estimate doesn't cover all the necessary repairs?

It's not uncommon for an initial insurance estimate to leave out certain repairs or underestimate the cost of restoring your property. We can review the scope of work, identify discrepancies, and provide supporting documentation and supplemental estimates for your insurance company to consider.

What is an insurance supplement?

An insurance supplement is a request for additional repair costs that may not have been included in the insurance company's original estimate. Supplements can address overlooked damage, necessary labor, material pricing differences, or additional work discovered during reconstruction. All supplements are subject to insurance company review and approval.

Can you help if another company completed the water or fire mitigation?

Yes! Mitigation and reconstruction are two different stages of the restoration process. Once the mitigation company has completed the necessary cleanup, drying, or demolition, we can step in to handle the reconstruction and help return your property to its pre-loss condition.

Will my insurance company pay for all the repairs?

Insurance coverage depends on your individual policy, the cause of damage, and your insurance company's coverage determination. While we can help document necessary repairs and provide detailed estimates, we cannot guarantee insurance approval or payment. We believe in keeping our customers informed throughout the process.
